Job Title Salesforce Consultant Overview Join Tata Consultancy Services as a Salesforce Consultant to design, configure and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions. Responsibilities Design, configure and implement Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including Work Orders, Service Appointments and Service Territories. Develop custom functionality using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs to meet business needs. Integrate FSL with enterprise systems (MuleSoft, SAM) and third‑party applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and service operations. Provide support per defined SLAs and troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Create technical design specifications, user documentation and test scripts. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWCs, SOQL, SOSL). Experience with integration tools and protocols (REST/SOAP APIs). Strong communication, presentation and client handling skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with dispatchers and technicians. Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000 a Year Benefits Discretionary annual incentive.
