Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, based in Crossville, TN, 38555

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Crossville, TN 38555

Schedule: 7:45 AM - 2:30 PM (32hrs/week)

Pay Range: $19.30 - $21.55 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy setting.
• Strong skills in drawing blood, including for children and elderly patients.
• Can work independently with little supervision.
• Flexible schedule — willing to work weekends, holidays, and travel to different locations.
• Great with people — friendly, professional, and good communication skills.

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment is an asset.
• Proficiency with data entry and keyboarding is also preferred.
