Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to contribute expertise in both long-term care and retail pharmacy settings. This contract-to-hire position offers a dynamic environment supporting outpatient retail and long-term care operations with a focus on quality patient care and medication management.
Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday, mid-shift (12 pm 8 pm)
Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire after the contract period
