We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Hair Salon Manager to oversee our salon's daily operations and lead our team of hairstylists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hair and beauty industry, excellent management skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and coordinating staff schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, addressing issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure the salon offers innovative and competitive services.
• Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to increase the salon's visibility and build relationships.
• Develop and manage the salon's budget, ensuring financial goals are met and costs are controlled.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the hair and beauty industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and marketing.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
