Job Description:
What youll do:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the flawless delivery of multiple projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
Assist in developing project schedules and managing changes to schedules over the course of a project.
Track project progress; report on project health; escalate issues as needed.
Manage stakeholder communications; track and communicate needed actions (e.g. meeting notes, status reports).
Identify, manage, and communicate risks.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
Develop and update detailed project plans.
Manage project assets.

Who you are:
5-7 years experience working as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in ecommerce/digital retail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse range of tasks.
Strong project and process management skills.
Solution-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong multi-tasking ability.
Ability to work independently; able to successfully operate in areas of ambiguity; self-starter and quick learner; calm and efficient under pressure.
Versatile and able to prioritize multiple initiatives against multiple deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with project management software tools.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
